I had a memorable experience at this hotel, thanks to the incredible hospitality and top-notch dining options. The staff, especially Chef Mr. Khan and Mr. Amar, made my stay enjoyable with their attentive service and delightful food. However, my experience was marred by an unfortunate incident with the food order in another stay, which raised concerns about accuracy in food service. Overall, the hotel has its strengths, but improvements are needed in certain areas.
